Honey

“Eat honey, my son, for it is good; honey from the comb is sweet . . .” Proverbs 24:13

We are frequently told that our honey is exceptional. Our honey is 100% pure, raw, undiluted, not blended, not micro filtered, and never pasteurized. This preserves the honey’s original flavor and aroma, as well as, enzymes, trace minerals, vitamins, antioxidants, and antibacterial benefits. Our bees have 65 acres of farmland to forage. We believe the nectar the bees take from the many holly trees on Hollyberry Farm combined with wildflowers and clover is the recipe they use to make a beautiful light-colored mild tasting delicious honey. We only extract our honey once per year. This enables our bees to retain enough honey to sustain the hive and produce strong colonies that overwinter successfully.
